Xavier has 22 years' experience in the payments industry, with 14 years at Fime. At Fime, he leads the sales team, where he supports Fime's growth and the deployment of services across payments, transport and security. Xavier's experience has helped to drive Fime's continued development in the certification market, by supporting the progression of its ISO17025, EMV laboratory certification and consultancy services for the payment, mobile payment and NFC markets. Prior to joining Fime, Xavier held different business development positions at Gemalto, supporting the EMV migration in Mexico and Central America and promoting eID services in South Europe.

Henk van Dam

Director Regional Services Delivery

Henk has over 30 years of experience across information technology, telecom, security, and payments. At Fime, he leads the delivery of testing and certification services across the North American and LAC regions. Henk uses his experience in identification, authentication, secure transactions, and testing and certification to drive Fime’s continued advancement and growth in the payment, identity and mobility markets. the company's vision to drive innovation. Prior to joining Fime, Henk held a variety of engineering, commercial and business leader roles at UL ING and KPN Telecom.

Laurent Beuchotte

Country Manager

Laurent has 19 years’ experience in the IT industry. He joined Fime in 2015 to manage the Fime San Jose, CA location. At Fime, Laurent uses his extensive experience in sales and business development to lead the sales team responsible for the Americas region. He excels at communicating with various partners and vendors to provide accurate information regarding the ongoing initiatives, new offers and the company's vision to drive innovation. Prior to joining Fime, Laurent held various business development positions at Orange Business Services.

Christopher Canares

Regional Manager

Christopher has over 15 years of experience across payments and digital identity, with strong expertise in working with issuing and acquiring banks, payment schemes and payment service providers to deliver payments and digital identity solutions in the Oceania region. In his role as Regional Manager, Chris drives Fime’s mission of innovation across digital identity and payments in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. He provides bespoke testing, certification and consultancy expertise to help stakeholders to ensure the quality, performance, functionality, security and interoperability of their innovations. Prior to joining Fime, Chris was the Australia & New Zealand Sales Manager at UL.

Yi Chen

Country Manager

Yi has over 16 years experience within payments and telecom industries. She joined Fime as the first employee in China in 2016, and has developed the local activity by making significant business development and account management. At Fime, Yi uses her extensive certification experience in sales and business development to lead the local team to increase payments activity in China, by supporting terminal, mobile and card manufacturers, financial institutions, fintech and payment schemes to enable innovations. Prior to Fime, Yi worked at various positions at another lab, where she specialized in EMVCo, NFC, ISO, PTCRB and GCF.

Changhyun Lee

Country Manager

Changhyun has over 15 years' experience in testing and certification. He has been with Fime since 2018, specializing in the Korean payments ecosystem. In his role as country manager at Fime, he uses his extensive experience of global payment scheme requirements to support issuers, acquirers, payment service providers and manufacturers. As part of this, he drives the sales of Fime's consultancy, certification, solutions and testing services across payments and biometrics.

James Daniels

SVP Asia Pacific

James has 18 years’ experience of management leadership across the Asia Pacific region. He has been with Fime since August 2018 and has previously managed businesses in similar segments, including prepaid card programs and banking IT systems.

Angaj Bhandari

Angaj has 20 years of multi-domain experience in the payments, banking and telecom domains, out of which 6 years have been with Fime. Angaj is driving Fime’s mission of innovation and digital transformation in Middle-east, India and South Asia region. He is instrumental in driving Fime’s growth in the region through a portfolio of consulting and testing services / products, suitably designed for Central banks, domestic card schemes, payment networks, banks, merchants, smart mobility actors and OEMs. Prior to Fime, Angaj worked with Nokia, Royal Bank of Scotland, Euronet, Airtel and Paycraft.
