Lionel has over 20 years’ experience in the banking, telecom and IT sectors, working in executive roles across Europe and the U.S.
At Fime, Lionel is responsible for driving corporate growth and brings a wealth of experience in strategic management and extensive operational insight into global business development.
Prior to joining Fime, Lionel worked at IPC, where he held the role of Managing Director EMEA of the ‘Risk and Compliance’ business unit. Before this, he was CEO at Etrali, where he played a key role in implementing a successful and sustainable growth strategy.

Angaj has 20 years of multi-domain experience in the payments, banking and telecom domains, out of which 6 years have been with Fime.
Angaj is driving Fime’s mission of innovation and digital transformation in Middle-east, India and South Asia region. He is instrumental in driving Fime’s growth in the region through a portfolio of consulting and testing services / products, suitably designed for Central banks, domestic card schemes, payment networks, banks, merchants, smart mobility actors and OEMs.
Prior to Fime, Angaj worked with Nokia, Royal Bank of Scotland, Euronet, Airtel and Paycraft.

Daniella has over 17 years of experience in the payments industry, with extensive experience managing a portfolio of complex projects while developing close relationships with global clients.
At Fime, Daniella leads the global inside sales and sales enablement team, helping drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. She helps deliver Fime’s leading services to stakeholders including issuing and acquiring banks, domestic payment schemes, terminal vendors, and more.
Prior to joining Fime, Daniella was Sales Director at UL Solutions. She has also worked in similar roles for Datacard Group, G+D South America, and Thales.

David is responsible for Fime’s technical consulting and project delivery across the world. He advises and supports Fime’s customer executives in the successful implementation of their transformative projects leveraging technology and innovation.
David’s expertise is built on 20 years of experience across multiple industries from Telecommunications to Software providers. Prior to his current role, David served as Head of Cloud Business for Telecommunications at SAP, the leader software editor. Prior to SAP, David held several executive roles at Etrali and Orange both in France and Asia.
David holds a Master in Telecommunications Engineering from Telecom Sud Paris in France, as well as a Master in Corporate Finance and Strategy from French “Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers”.

James has 18 years’ experience of management leadership across the Asia Pacific region. He has been with Fime since August 2018 and has previously managed businesses in similar segments, including prepaid card programs and banking IT systems.
At Fime, James’ main objective is to define and execute the company’s strategy for the Asia Pacific region. He specializes in commercial growth, business development and organizational excellence.
Prior to joining Fime, James held positions at Société Générale, Etrali and Orange.

Martina Hausner is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in business transformation, talent management, and corporate strategy. She currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fime.
In this role, Martina helps to shape innovative strategies that align with key business objectives and drive digital transformation in human resources. Her work has been instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing the employee experience, contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Prior to joining Fime, she served as Global HR Director at Axplora and CHRO at Matica Group where she played a key role in leading human resources, legal & corporate affairs, and operations. Her leadership experience also includes working with Capgemini and KPMG, where she specialized in transaction services and advisory.

With over 26 years of expertise spanning the Payment, Telecom, and Transport Industries, Noël Catherine brings a wealth of experience in international team management, project management, and a comprehensive understanding of industry standards.
Currently serving as Services VP at Fime, Noël plays a key role in leading the delivery of test services globally and managing the quality team. His responsibilities encompass ensuring the seamless provision of test services while upholding the highest standards of quality.
Noël’s extensive journey at Fime has seen him in various pivotal roles, including Test Analyst, Laboratory Expert, R&D Manager, and R&D Director. This diverse background underscores his in-depth knowledge of the industry and a proven track record of contributing to Fime’s success.

Raphaël has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry, with extensive involvement in managing large-scale international projects across payments, smart mobility and digital identity. His areas of expertise include product management, agile development and product launches.
At Fime, Raphaël leads the Consulting team, helping a range of stakeholders, including payment networks and financial institutions, to solve complex problems, identify new opportunities and access new markets.
Prior to joining Fime, Raphaël was VP of Risk & Compliance Solutions at IPC Systems Inc. He also worked in similar roles for Etrali Trading Solutions and Orange Business Services.

Sherif has over 22 years of experience focused on incubating, scaling, and growing global businesses with expertise in payments, Fintech, digital banking and the intersection of digital identity and cybersecurity.
At Fime, Sherif leads the growth of strategy and innovation program, expanding product and service portfolios in new and existing markets.
Prior to Fime, Sherif held key roles as Managing Director (North America) at UL’s Payments and compliance business, Chief Growth Officer at Entersekt, and Chief Operating officer at LoginID.

Steve has over 25 years’ experience in digital payments and digital identity. Throughout his career he has advised payment schemes, banks, governments and vendors around the world on digital identity strategy, governance and implementation. He has also consulted on the intersection of digital identity with fraud prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and privacy.
Steve leads Fime’s digital identity offer, focusing on the development and implementation of frameworks, standards, certification and testing. He brings to this role the experience he has from working on several groundbreaking digital identity programmes in both the public and private sectors.
In parallel with his digital identity work, Steve has supported a number of central banks in the development of Central Bank Digital Currencies, advising on governance, business models, security and privacy.

Xavier has 22 years’ experience in the payments industry, with 17 years at Fime. In his role, he supports Fime’s growth and the deployment of services across payments, transport and security.
Xavier’s experience has helped to drive Fime’s continued development in the certification market, by supporting the progression of its ISO17025, EMV laboratory certification and consultancy services for the payment, mobile payment and NFC markets.
Prior to joining Fime, Xavier held different business development positions at Gemalto, supporting the EMV migration in Mexico and Central America and promoting eID services in South Europe.
