Responsibilites

• Lead and manage Customer Success Project Managers across various regions.
• Collaborate with VP Services to define and execute CSPM strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of leadership and team management initiatives.
• Consolidate data and provide routine updates to the VP Services on global project planning status, issues, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project scheduling with regional teams to ensure project timelines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Coordinate process automation and workflow efficiency of Fime systems to streamline customer success operations.

Knowledge & skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work effectively across different regions and time zones.
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
