AFC Systems Consultant- Dubai
Responsibilites
- Represent FIME as a transport domain technical expert and advisor for our clients for their AFC ticketing scheme implementation
- Meet with assigned clients when needed and provide strategic technical impact analysis
- Review and propose new solutions for AFC systems implementation
- Support our clients on AFC Systems implementation including design, design review, procurement and certification in both legacy and new technologies (such as Account Based Ticketing, EMV Open Loop, Gateless Ticketing...)
Knowledge & skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the transit AFC Systems ecosystem
- Proven experience as technical consultant, architect or equivalent in AFC Ticketing industry
- Experience with the latest AFC ticketing technologies (ABT, Mobile Ticketing, EMV Open Loop, MaaS), standard/specifications and market developments

- Good understanding of the AFC ticketing market (AFC systems, payment services, key activities and stakeholders in different AFC ticketing implementations)
- Customer oriented attitude and outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, Self-motivated committed and team player
- Completed master degree in engineering or equivalent
- Fluent English (mandatory), other languages are a plus.
- Project Management or Quality Assurance certifications is a plus
- Contract: permanent, full time Starting at the latest: ASAP
