Fime is very sensitive to the need to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your personal data. We limit the data we collect to a strict minimum, but at times we are obliged to collect certain data in order to for the site to function correctly or to provide you with information. How do we store your data?
Fime uses private cloud based servers for data storage. These servers are encrypted, as are all communications between these servers and Fime.
If you communicate with us via this website, your message will be transferred to the correct person via our internal email system which is also encrypted.
Fime will store your data indefinitely unless you ask us to delete your data. However, while Fime will remove your name from any mailing lists upon request, we will not delete your data if we have an active commercial contract with your company, and you are listed as the contact person for that contract. Your company can of course update that information by sending us written confirmation that the contact has changed unless that change would be in conflict with relevant laws or regulations.
Marketing
Fime would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might find interesting and relevant for your business.
